Welcome to Grove Public Schools! I am excited to begin my sixteenth year in education! I began my teaching career in Norman, OK after graduating from the University of Oklahoma. I completed nine years in Norman and then we moved to Grove in 2004. I have been in Grove for the past seven years and enjoy working with all the wonderful students in our district. This year I look forward to adding 6th graders to the Upper Elementary. I enjoy the energy and occasional challenges that these students bring to school every day. Students come to school with increasing obstacles and I am able to offer support to students so they can focus on their academic endeavors. If you feel your child could benefit from individual or group counseling, please contact me. I am lucky enough to visit each classroom atleast once a month and we discuss various topics. Enrollment New students will need to visit our office to enroll. Please bring a current shot record, birth certificate, and copy of your students social security card. If you have a CDIB card that would be useful, too. Testing Proficiency Testing takes place twice a year usually in August and in May. A notice of this testing will be sent home to alert parents of the testing window. If your child is interested in testing, a registration form needs to be completed.
